How to report on Cost Centre in Cost Accounts section of Manage Costing of Department

I am new to Fusion OBTI reporting and am hoping you can help me!  I am working through the business rules for our company but understand that to report on the cost center for one of our countries, we need to report on the Cost Centre in the Cost Accounts section of the Manage Costing of Department.  How do I do this in OTBI?  Right now the team is doing this in BIP but would like to understand if it's possible to be done within OTBI itself.  Here are the steps I take to find the data:
