Headcount Budget using Workforce Modeling

Summary

Is it possible to set headcount budget for a calendar year using Workforce Modeling

Content

Hi All,

We have Fusion - Taleo integration in place where Fusion manages all the HR related activities and Taleo takes care of the complete recruit part. Unfortunately there is no headcount budgeting in Taleo to restrict users to raise requisitions out of the budgeted count. We were suggested by Oracle to utilize the Workforce Modeling feature to satisfy this need, where the managers shall create vacancies in Fusion and the same can be passed on to Taleo using TCC. I cannot find any document or information on this headcount budgeting in KB. Appreciate if anybody could help me with any solution

Howdy, Stranger!
