Hi

How can we stop employee from being assigned to a Dynamic Group yet those in the group still need to remain and retain the learning plan? Hence we cannot change the criteria.

We have found that inactivating does not work as they lose the LP

Closed doesn't work either as it still auto assigns based on criteria.

PS we have not used "Retained Mapping" on any of our groups, and if we turn it on now, only impacts those added after the fact from what I understand.

Any help is appreciated.
