Release 12 bug - issue with Manager Change & data updates to Security Console-

Change Manager or Mass Updates > Change Manager do not update the Manager name in the security console

I've noticed the data is out of sync between the Security Console and the Fuse App when I complete the Manager Change or Mass Update > Manager change functions in Release 12. I've run several scripts to try to sync the data (

and have verified this data was sync'ed in Release 11. 

Anyone else see this issue?

I have opened an SR, needing to understand why the Security Console is not updated? Is my data getting corrupted? Is the record corrupt on a manager change? What other data might this be affecting?
