Release 12: Notifications showing "Not Found" error when trying to see the details

Hello,

 

Since we have upgraded our non-production environment to R12, we have noticed that whenever we access the notifications for details we get a "Not Found" message (both on Chrome and IE).

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
