Courses not showing complete

We are having some issues with SCORM courses not marking as complete. Users have completed the course multiple times and receive a passing score, but the course still shows as incomplete. Other individuals have taken the same course with no issue and receive completion status after one attempt. Sometimes using a different browser fixes the issue. Does anyone know what would cause this?
