We have just implemented HRMS system in Dec 2016. We would like to leverage all the data we are generating & are looking to create an HR analytics roadmap. I am working on a benchmarking exercise for the same. So, I would like to conncet to organizations, using Oracle fusion and are doing good work in HR analytics, for us to learn from.
