The Revision History summary document for R12 talks about Hiring Manager experience feature and it also talks about raising an SR with Oracle for pairing Fusion HCM And Taleo applications. 

The questions are , 
 the Hiring Manager experience functionality works only for Mobile customers or we can use on desktop version of Fusion and Taleo? 
 When an Manager clicks on the Requisition Link from Fusion, does the requisition and Candidate details will open in Taleo? 
 In order to use Hiring Manager Experience, do we need to use the out of the box Taleo to Fusion integration?
