Delegation Rule Categories

Is it possible to edit the list of Delegation Rule Categories?

The default Delegation Rule Categories list (About Me > My Account > Add Delegation Rule) includes Global Absences, Manager (e.g. Promotion, Transfer), Compensation, Workforce Structure, Time and Labor, Talent (e.g. Goals, Performance).  We would like to rename and/or hide some options.  Is this even possible?

Also, is there a document/article that describes each category and explains what is actually delegated?  We are working on user training guides and this info will be extremely helpful.
