BI reporting - Schedules

Dear Friends,

I would like to understand the below options while scheduling BI reporting. 

1. Daily Schedule - Recurrence period to a max of 90 days only. Can it be extended for unlimited time frame so that we do not have to schedule the report for every 90 days? 

2. Schedule does not show the time at which the recipient will receive the report link - At wat time exactly the scheduled report link would be sent to the recipients? Based on my search in metalink, could see that Learn center server is based in US and it works based on Eastern Time Zone - But I need the exact time.
