"Pending Configurations" feature

Hello,

Need to understand how the "Pending Configuration" feature supposed to work :

1.When the user session is active and the "Add Line Item" action is invoked from the quote , the pending configuration has the "Add to Transaction" button active which ties it to the original quote

2.When the user logouts , the pending configuration is still saved , but it is no longer linked to the quote

3.Access Quote A , click on "Add Line Item" , then in mid configuration , access another Quote , then come back to "Pending Configurations" and the configuration is still attached to the original Quote A within the same user session
