Allow Email Templates to be used with Rejection and Retraction emails

You have a decent tool with Email Templates.It would really be useful to be able to design and use custom templates for Rejection and Retraction emails. What would really be nice would be the ability to associate email templates for approved, rejected, retraction, and approver notification emails right in the approval workflow section.
