User access in BigMachines

Hi,

We have recently implemented Big Machines. We are planning to change the admin user password, I want to know if this is something an admin can perform and by changing the credentials will there be any consequences.

Also we want to lay a security model in BigMachines and provide full access to just few users and have provide partial access to others. I am sure this is achievable but could someone point me to a document that has this information.

Since this is the first time we are trying to lay our hands on big machines it will be of great help if you can point us to any material that will help us to understand the product.
