Allow customization of the "My Approval Search" view

It would be nice to allow users to customize the My Approval Search view in transactions. we have a lot of quotes that are submitted for approval and our Sales Managers tend to move around regions. If someone didn't approve or reject a quote, it sits in the view. It would be good to be able to remove quotes from the view and also to re-order columns and add new columns. Our approvers have asked for help maintaining their approvals since they have inherited so many bad ones and they can't tell which to approve or not. Due to a
