How about adding an "Add/New" button which allows you to add a new recommended item rule and save it, then immediately add another rule?

Now I have to use the Update / Back button, which takes me back to the list of all Rec. Item rules, then I have to scroll all the way to the bottm (Think of the scenario

when over 200 recommended items rules have to be entered ! ) and then use the ADD button on this page, only to navigate to the Rec. Item entry UI.

VERY cumbersome.....
