Restricting Managers from Creating Vacancies

Hi,

Since Taleo does not support the manpower budgeting, we are trying to make use of Workforce Modelling to initially upload the vacancies in Fusion with the number of openings and restricting the manager from making any edits to the same. When the manager decides to recruit, he/she clicks on submit for approval and then once this is approved in Fusion, this information is passed on to Taleo as a draft status where nobody can edit the number of openings.
