Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post but I'm having trouble installing the BI Publisher add-on. Our IT help desk has installed the software but the tab for it does not appear in Word. It is enabled as a displayed item in my Word options and we also ran through an additional step that I found online.  Is there any trick to making this option appear in Word?
