As we know, there are many delivered System Person Types and we can configure the User person types too.
On terminating a person, the person type remains what it was prior to termination (eg. Person Type = Employee). On the person search too, the system person type shows as Employee (with the assignment status = Inactive - No Payroll, per the default selected).
I wanted to understand when does the application use the system person type of 'Ex-employee'. Linking the per_all_assignments_m and per_person_types_tl provides a value 'Employee'. However, the table 'per_person_type_usages_m' indicates the system person type of ExEmp.
