Hi all - We use Workforce Compensation to conduct our annual pay review for salary merit increases. We did like to start using ‘Individual Compensation’ to manage awards/incentives given to employees in addition to their salary.
We have almost 70-80 plans (phone reimbursement, BYOD incentive, sign on bonus, etc) and each plan is tied to ‘earnings code’.Allocation won’t be by ESS or MSS. Will be handled by HR Admins and will undergo 2 levels of approval before it goes to payroll (outside of Fusion)
