Hi - I am in a dilemma where I feel like I am looking for a needle in a haystack.

As part of the R12 upgrade, we created a new custom Employee role (ORA) based off of the seeded and tied it to the users existing account.  We took out the old Employee role that was created in R5 or so.

This is the scenario showing how the account looks before and after the change.

User Account Before

Old Employee Role

HR Manager Role Limited

Benefits Administrator Limited

HCM Application Administrator Limited

User Account After

New Employee Role

HR Manager Role Limited

Howdy, Stranger!
