Core HR Notifications to shared domain mail accounts

Core HR Notifications to shared domain mail accountsContent
Hey there,
We would like to create a notification for several employment process (hiring, location change, job change etc.) toward a shared email domain, thus allowing different people within the organization to be notified for these events.
To do so, we created a user in security console and we assigned him this shared email: then we added this user into approval transaction processes.
We would like to add only and email that works for notification, not for approval.
Does anyone ever experienced this situation? How do you manage to handle it?
