How to Hide/Make the Add & Delete button Read only in Manage Employment Page

Content

Hi Experts out there...We have a situation here where we are trying to hide/make the Add & Delete button read only.

In Manage Employment page, we had created a EFF placeholder to store STIP & Cost Centre details. But as a part of simplification project, new DFFs are created in the same page for these 2 fields. We would like to retain the EFF fields to view the historical data & have made that section read only. But we are unable to hide/get the Add & Remove buttons read only. Page customization is not working. Would you know how this can be achieved so that users don't use this button? Screenshot has the fields & the details that am referring to.

Howdy, Stranger!
