Learning Plans not Completing even though courses are complete.

Summary

We have some folks who completed a learning plan but when they go to My Learning (using the widget), it only says 83% complete and the learning plan is incomplete.

We have some folks who completed a learning plan but when they go to My Learning (using the widget), it only says 83% complete and the learning plan is incomplete.

I enrolled in the learning plan and I received a message that I am enrolled but there may be a delay in completion.  Has anyone seen this before?  Has this always been there?  See screenshot.
