Salary Basis vs FLSA vs Payroll Name Audit

We need to audit when there is a mismatch on these fieldsContent
Hi - we have an ask to provide an audit on employees that have a mismatch in their data:
- FLSA = Exempt
Salary Basis = US Hourly - FLSA = Non-Exempt
Salary Basis = US Annual - FLSA = Exempt
Worker Payroll = US Hourly - FLSA = Non-Exempt
Worker Payroll = US Annual
We need to report on anyone that has these mistmatches. We tried to create a column for 1 & 2 and a second column for 3 & 4 but we are finding the data is only looking at top row in Fusion vs current row in Fusion. For example, if someone has a future Salary Basis change from Annual to Hourly, it shows up on the report because it is looking at the Hourly future mismatching against Exempt current FLSA. Does anyone have a suggestion of how we can report on this? I tried using As Of Date option and
