Has anyone altered their HCM Spingboard design either through config or customisation? Please share a screen shot

Our HR customers would really like to create a "wow" factor by refreshing our HCM Spingboard... we're not using Oracle Social, but have plenty of the Cloud HCM products live, and Taleo Talent Acquisition is imminent.  Would anyone care to share a screen shot of their Springboard to inspire us with designs?  Colours, formatting, use of icons and other components - all ideas welcome!
