We have many sources of external training that we need to load into the External Training tables in the Learn Center. 

Currently, some areas of our organization manually enter external training into the External Training pages of the Learn Center, however, for other areas of our organization the volume is way too high.  Bulk Loader seems to be a good option, however, the capability doesn't exist yet.  Others on Customer Connect have suggested loading them in as enrollments, however, our reporting would not be consistent or would be difficult because some of our external training is in the External Training tables already.
