How do you share ONLY THE RESULTS of Custom BI Report?

I have "quasi-admins" in multiple locations who want to view report results. However, they don't want or need to create their own BI reports. They can get the results via email, but how can they view the report results if they accidentally delete the email?  If I share the report, they have to login and run it themselves and they don't know how to manage parameters.

Is there a way they can access report results from a page or DO? (Other than me having to manually upload and link documents?)
