Pivot Table Issues with Position Names

Hi all,

We have a position in an organisation analysis which works perfectly but when we try and pivot the table to show a higher level view, the position names seem to split out and we are not to sure why.   There are not any parameters or filters or other columns/position codes or anything that should stop the combine valuing of the Pivot.

The Image attached is 2 stage, the top part shows only the headers selected in the table and the lower part is the pivot.   i have highlighted one set of position name splits.   my pivot table set out is standard for showing these kinds of results, so ROWS = Position Name, MEASURES = Headcount and COLUMNS = Measure Labels.

Howdy, Stranger!
