Searching Records and determine Contact Relationship

Summary

How do you determine a contact's relationship to a worker in Oracle without reporting?

Content

Hi All,

How can we determine a contact's (spouse, dependent) relationship to a worker when a search is performed? I've attached screenshots with examples. In Picture 1, I performed a search for a contact. There is no way to tell who that spouse is connected to. Is there a way to add a field or element that could provide that information? In Picture 2, under the Manage Person tab, where can we find the information about the relationship to the worker? What can we build to show this connection? Please share any best practices. Advice and experience would be helpful as well.

Howdy, Stranger!
