Trying to maintain position titles in multiple languages

Hi -

We are trying to have our whole organization maintain position titles in English but at the same time would like to meet local requirements of storing positions titles in local languages.

Is the only way to do this via HDL or by setting up the position first in English then logging into the application using the language I want the position to be translated to?  

Is there an easier way? Thanks.
