Learning Plan status error

Summary

Status not changing on LP when mapped courses change to "complete" status

Content

Learning plan set up with one course mapped to it. 370 users had LP switch to complete when the mapped course was complete. 19 users show a completed course, but the LP is still marked as incomplete. Advice on resolution?

***note: I attached a LP progress report (with identifying info removed) showing the data. I added a  Error column to identify when the course status and LP status was different.
