Report on Permissions
Summary
I need a report on permissions for reports and other elementsContent
Hi all - is there a way to audit what reports (prompts, dashboards, etc.) have what permissions tied to them? We have a very complicated structure that requires checking security in about 4 different places to ensure one user permission type can view the report. This would help us to audit.
If this is not possible, could someone recommend how they structure their folders to ensure appropriate security review and ease of auditing? Right now, we have the report/prompt in a folder. The report is added to a column on dashboard 1. Dashboard 1 is added to Dashboard 2 (parent dashboard).
