Manual Entry Field on a Certificate

Summary

Need to get a field on the Certificate where the User and input text before they print or save Certificate

I have a Generic login that is used by contractors.  We would like for them to print out a certificate with their name on it.  Is there a way I can put a manual entry field on the Certificate so the contractor can type their name and then print the certificate?
