Hi everyone....I need your expertise.  We have a group associated to a Learning Plan.  We deleted the employee from the group this morning and the employees Learning Plan (User -> Learning Plan) showed him as exempted.  He was not in the Group under active or exempted employees.  A few hours later he's no longer in the Plan at all.  Is there a time delay on these changes and if so, does anyone have any insight on what that might be.

We are noticing other delays with changes we make and have no way of telling what changes may be delayed and others that do not.  Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you
