How to personalize Person Spotlight

Dear All,

In release 12 we got new screen Person Spotlight, where we facing issue doing personalization on section "Managers and Peers" Job name is displaying for Employees under this section, we want to show the position instead of that we tried EL - (#{row.PositionName} instead of existing (#{row.JobName} but its giving null value. Please help us to identify the correct EL for this
