We enabled smartorg on our main sub learncenter and now the approve/deny link in the email does not redirect the supervisor to the page to approve or deny the training.  This worked before smartorg so we are assuming that it is the issue.  We can see that it is trying to authenticate and land on that page, but we end up with a blank page or error 404 - bad request/page cannot be displayed.

The supervisor interface is too convoluted to have the manager go in and approve a course - especially since this is not something they would do every day so we need to get this figured out.  Any suggestions?
