What is the impact of running process  'Import User and Role Application Security Data' in our Release 11 environment prior to the Rel 12 upgrade? 

I would like to use Security Console to view info but I am unaware if this process actually does anything to the security roles, or if it just imports security info, as is, into the Security Console.
