We recently rolled out a Manager 360 Review. As part of the review, managers request feedback from those in the organization.  We are unable to create a report that displays Performance Document Name, Employee (the subject of the 360 review),  Name of Participant Solicited, Status of the Participant Feedback, Role of Participant.  Workforce Performance - Performance Rating Real time seems to be the only subject area in OTBI that contains the Performance Document Participant information.   Able to create an OTBI report that shows Participant Name, Participant Status and Role Definition, but any time another field such as Document Name or
