Best way to hide personal information

One of my requirement is to hide Ethnicity, SSN, Religion, Marital Status, Gender in Manage Person page for Custom HR Analyst Role.

Oracle has mentioned in SR, removing Workforce Transaction Analysis Duty  & Workforce Confidential Reporting Duty hides the above mentioned fields.But it's not removing.

As per my understanding, we can achieve to hide these fields for a specific role using role based personalization.
