Retiring 3rd party AICC courses - using Bulk Loader?

3rd party AICC course provider is retiring over 1,000 courses, and I'd like to use Bulk Loader to retire the courses. How have other organizations done this?Content
We partner with a vendor who provides thousands of online courses (AICC) to us. When our users click on the course to launch it, our LearnCenter directs them to the vendor's site to play the course and we track the training history.
Our vendor is retiring approximately 1500 courses and I need to find a way to make these courses inaccessible from our LC. I am very new to Oracle Learn so would appreciate your input.
