Issue with proxy signon/Login after oracle oim is removed in Oracle Cloud Rel 12

Having difficulty personlaizing page and verify without being able to login as user

We just upgraded to Rel 12 Oracle Application Cloud and we use Single Signon.  The issue is oracle removes OIM which was very useful for us in prior release because:

1. We can personalize page and then login as regular user/manager to see the changes.

2. When user reported issue we can login as user and check the issue

With release 12 we cannot do it anymore.  Is anyone know if there is workaround for this ? We know oracle gave option to have dual login option but we cannot enable that in our production instance because it can create confusion to the user.
