OTBI Report to show the internal promotions and external hires for the same position

Hi All,

We have a requirement in OTBI to display No. of employees who are promoted to "Director" internally vs No. of employees who got hired as a "Director" (By default Hired) in a year. For this requirement we selected subject area as "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real time". Please confirm whether we selected the correct subject area or not.

Here we need your inputs how to derive who are promoted to "Director" internally vs No. of employees who got hired as a "Director".
