August and September monthly Patch fix(es) details

We are in our process of Upgrading our stage and production pods to Rel 12. Would like to know if Oracle can publish the fixes in AUG and SEPT Patch Bundles.

We are in our process of Upgrading our stage and production pods to Rel 12.

Would like to know if Oracle can publish the fixes in AUG and SEPT Patch Bundles. 

Based on that we can decide if the monthly patching cycle in production pods should continue or should be kept on Hold. 

Also, would like to know from fellow Fusion Customers, what is their take on Monthly patching cycle while Upgrade Testing is going on?
