Since our recent upgrade to 15B.7.2 in our production environment, we have noticed that the ‘Cancel Onboarding (Transitions) New Hire Process’ option in Requisitions is not available if a candidate is at 100% complete for a previous Onboarding Transitions process.
Prior to the upgrade, after an employee was hired and at 100% for their original Onboarding process, and then returned to be rehired, the Cancel Onboarding option was used to clear their old Transitions process, so they could then be moved to Start Onboarding and enter a new start date. In Onboarding, they would appear with the original Onboarding process with their original start date, and they would also appear with their recent Onboarding process with the new start date.
