Manager Types and Hierarchy Loop Issues

Human Resource Business Partner Hierarchy Loop

Content

Hello Everyone,

My company currently has the Performance and Talent modules of HCM Fusion. As part of how our company is designed every employee has a manager and a HR Partner assigned to them. In our workflows approvals usually go Manager then HR Partner.

To enable HR Partners to be used in workflows we were forced to set a manager type as HR Partner. Problem with this is we keep running into issues with Hierarchy looping in files...

Is anyone aware of a way to make this type of functionality work without considering these individuals in a hierarchtical relationship with each other?

Howdy, Stranger!
