Issue in Extra Information customization

Hi all,

i have an issue during the customization of extra information page. In fact, when I go to cusomize pages, site level, and I click on source, the page become blank and I cannot find what is the task flow to customize (in specific I want to hide X and + button). Did you encounter the same issue? What did you do to solve it?
