To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Reporting survey responses in LearnCentre
Summary
Looking for report that connects survey responses to Learn userContent
Hello!
We have created a survey that is going to be uploaded to our users. The survey is a packaged SCORM course that has three open ended questions asking for three client names. Is there a way to run a report that would show the LEARN user and their responses to the packaged survey?
For Example:
USER 1 - Answer Q1 - Answer Q2 - Answer Q3
USER 2 - Answer Q1 - Answer Q2 - Answer Q3
USER 3 - Answer Q1 - Answer Q2 - Answer Q3
And so on...
