Quick search disappeared from Job & Department following monthly patch?

Hello,
Following the monthly patch our users have reported that the very handy quick search feature whereby you can start typing in a field and it starts to search for results has stopped working on the Job and Department fields (still works on other such as Business Unit and Location).
Can anyone else replicate this?
Now users need to click on search, which is a bit more of a long winded way to find the correct value (alongside another annoying bug whereby the search results screen seems to get wider and you have to play a game trying to click the ok button)
