Using Last Hire Date as a BI Report Parameter

I need to use Last Hire Dae as a report parameterContent
I have a report I run every Tuesday AM (midnight Monday), I need to be able to have it include all users with a Last Hire Date of the previous week.
I can get the Course Completion Date to come up in the parameters, but I can't figure out getting Last Hire Date to be a parameter.
Example -
- Employees with a Last Hire date of 07-11-17 thru 07-17-17
- Course completions counted thru the end of day on 07-24-17
