Delay in emails being sent for learning plans

Summary

I enrolled in a learning plan and it's taking a long time to receive the email saying I'm enrolled. Is anyone else seeing this today? I wonder if I should open an SR.

Is anyone seeing latency in receiving a communication from Learn?  I enrolled in learning plan and haven't received my email saying I'm enrolled.  (Its turned on). I'm hearing the same thing from other employees in our firm.  Just wanted to see if anyone has been experiencing this today.
